Time Strategies for Less Stress
The first article that I read was The Myth of "Too Busy" by Tim Grahl. I found some of it very useful but also found his attitude towards life a bit too serious. When he said " If an activity is not significantly helping me towards my goals—whether that goal is selling books or having a good relationship with my wife—then it gets cut out of my life. End of story." I found this a bit sad to be honest, so many things we do as humans don't help us towards whatever our goal is but it doesn't mean we don't enjoy them moments. I do definitely agree with certain things he says like going to bed an hour or two earlier to wake up earlier so you can be productive though and I will try and include this in my schedule this semester.
